At Caulfield is the Sportingbet Oakleigh Plate (1100m) Group 1 race. This race will have a field limit of 18 plus 4 emergencies and there will be no allowances for apprentices. The race has 21 nominations including Peter Snowden trained horse Sepoy last year winner of Coolmore Stakes at Flemington and the Caulfield Sprint. Also nominated in this race are Eagle Falls trained by David Hayes, Jason Warren's Bell Sprinter, Stuart Web's Yosei and Anthony Freedman's First Command. Peter G Moody's Kulgrinda is also nominated in this race together with Michael Moroney's African Pulse.
